1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Null-1 GG website, game servers, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use our Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and, if applicable, that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Null-1 GG provides online gaming services including, but not limited to:

  • Minecraft Game Servers: Including MC Eternal 2 (modded) and the Minecraft Network (Anarchy+, Skyblock, MobArenas)
  • Hytale Game Servers: Community servers for Hytale gameplay
  • Website Services: Information, community features, and support
  • Community Platforms: Discord server and related communication channels

Third-Party Games: Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. Hytale is developed by Hypixel Studios. Null-1 GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Hypixel Studios, or their respective parent companies. Use of these games is subject to their respective terms of service and end-user license agreements.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: Some features of our Services may require you to create an account or link existing gaming accounts (such as Minecraft or Discord accounts). When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

One Account Policy: You may only maintain one account per person per service. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Follow our Community Guidelines at all times
  • Respect other users, staff, and the gaming environment
  • Use the Services only for their intended purposes
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Cheating: Using hacks, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages
  • Harassment: Bullying, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users
  • Hate Speech: Using discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Fraud: Scamming, phishing, or deceiving other users
  • Illegal Activity: Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
  • Disruption: Deliberately disrupting servers, chat, or other users' experiences
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be Null-1 GG staff or other users
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited advertisements or repetitive messages
  • Account Trading: Buying, selling, or trading accounts
  • Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Discovering and exploiting bugs without reporting them

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on the Null-1 GG website and servers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and server configurations, is the property of Null-1 GG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any portion of our Services or content without explicit written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create within our Services (builds, chat messages, forum posts, etc.). However, by submitting content, you grant Null-1 GG a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services including:

  • Discord (community platform)
  • Minecraft/Mojang services
  • Hytale/Hypixel Studios services
  • Payment processors (if applicable)
  • Analytics providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Null-1 GG is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) any content or data you transmit will not be lost.

Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, builds, items, or other data that may occur due to server resets, technical issues, or other circumstances. We recommend that you do not invest significant time or resources into our Services without understanding that data loss may occur, particularly during early access periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NULL-1 GG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, to Null-1 GG in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100.00, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Null-1 GG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

12. Termination

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who repeatedly violate our policies.

By You: You may stop using our Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account data, please contact us.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be quickly resolved through our support channels.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the website, Discord, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Null-1 GG regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

No Waiver: The failure of Null-1 GG to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
